Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Line up your thumb to the thumb stamp. Your pointer finger, where you pinch the other side of the measuring tape, will indicate your size. If it falls in between numbers, then your size is the larger of the two. If you wear a t-shirt under your shirt please measure yourself wearing one.

We recommend that you use your chest size as the primary measurement for fitting (not collar-size as is commonplace).
