We have chosen our fabric assortment with the intention of building a streamlined wardrobe of essentials. Natural fabrics are our staples: cotton, wools, cashmere, silks and linens.
Process
We have been studying proportions for over 20 years. Through observation and good notes on the numerous custom made orders we have taken, we learnt it is possible to achieve a fitted, tailored look without compromising comfort. We make the shirts at a small sewing facility that is just a train ride away from our atelier. That way we can interact face to face with our makers and ensure they have integrity and good working ethics. It is important for us to know the people behind the scene are happy human beings.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR A CUSTOM PIECE?
Shirts 2-3 weeks
Jackets 5-7 weeks
Trousers 3-4 weeks
Dresses 5-7 weeks
Wedding Dresses 3-4 months
HOW MANY FITTINGS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH PIECE?
Daywear clothes normally take one or two fittings. However, the evening and bridal dresses will take more, ranging from 3-5 fittings. All custom orders require you to be present and measurements to be taken in our premise.
WHAT IF I NEED MY PIECES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE? IS THERE A RUSH FEE?
We produce our clothes locally, making it possible to get items done sooner than the usual lead time. There will be a rush fee based on how soon you need them.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Special orders and custom tailored pieces are not refundable.
CAN YOU COPY A DRESS FROM A PICTURE?
No. You can bring pictures to use as reference but our service is to design and make the clothes that best suit your personality and body type.
WHEN CAN I MEET JUSSARA?
Once you are familiar with our design process and decide to place a custom order, you will be scheduled to meet with Jussara to take your measurements, discuss fabric options and details. She also personally conducts all the fittings there after.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO MAKE A SUIT?
Yes, you need an appointment so that Jussara knows when to expect you. She is the one that takes the measurements and who will be able to address all your questions.
